What's your return policy?

At Cross & Glory, we strive to keep our customers satisfied with their purchases. We handle returns and replacements on a case-by-case basis to ensure that our customers are happy with their experience. If you need assistance with your recent purchase, please reach out to us at help@crossandglory.com, and we'll be happy to help you. Returns for a full refund accepted up to 90 days after purchase.  Products purchased during the holiday season from October 15th through the end of the year may be returned up until March 30th.  If the return is due to product defects or late delivery, Cross & Glory will bear the cost of return shipping.
